Emergency service is available 24-hours per
day, 7 days per week via Lea Heating's factory-trained personnel and ten
designated fully stocked, radio-dispatched service trucks. Lea Heating is
an authorized Nicor contractor.
Parts Department Lea Heating specializes in Lennox and Bryant
parts, also stocking other major brand parts. Along with equipment parts,
we have stock parts for humidifiers, air cleaners, and other related
products. Lea Heating stocks replacement parts and filters for Aprilaire,
AutoFlo, General, Spacegard, Trion Air Bear, and Honeywell. Call for
advice on repairs prior to service required.

Service Tips for SPRING
- Make sure filters in furnace are replaced on a monthly basis. Air cleaners should be maintained per manufacturers' specifications.
- Make sure outside air conditioning condensing unit is clear of debris.
- Inspect outside air conditioning condensing coil surface area for dirt, dust, or debris accumulation. If dirty, garden hose coil surface area. Avoid hosing too closely to the surface, as excessive water pressure can damage the coil surface.
- Inspect copper tubing and low voltage wiring for any damage. If found, call for service.
- Check electrical panel to make sure the breaker is in the "ON" position.
- Call 847-428-6660 to set up professional cleaning, changing, and checking of proper freon level to obtain best operating cost through summer months.
- This is a perfect time to have both the furnace and air conditioner professionally cleaned. Remember the furnace blower is used for air conditioning.
- Turn off humidifier for spring and summer.
- Check duct work dampers and balance for summer.
